Polestar Infinity
Introducing the Polestar ∞ — a groundbreaking step in organ transportation. Merging Polestar’s performance-driven design, Scandinavian safety, and cutting-edge EVTOL technology, it aims to transform the way organs are delivered. Launching in 2035, Polestar ∞ will connect Cincinnati’s leading health system to surrounding communities, bringing new life to millions in need.
EVTOL - The future of transportation
An eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft is a cutting-edge, electrically powered vehicle capable of vertical takeoff and landing. It combines the versatility of a helicopter with the speed and efficiency of fixed-wing aircraft. Designed to revolutionize urban mobility, eVTOLs offer a sustainable, congestion-reducing solution for short-distance travel.
Unique propulsion system
The Polestar infinity features 14 battery-electric motors within the main wings and canards' flaps—the only moving exterior parts. These flaps tilt downwards during hover and align flush once in cruise, enhancing aerodynamics and allowing seamless operation between the airframe and powerplant.
Polestar + Aviation
Polestar is an innovative brand that combines Volvo’s renowned safety standards with a bold, avant-garde identity. It embraces cutting-edge technology to deliver distinctive, high-performance electric vehicles. The Polestar ∞ embodies this vision, uniting signature design elements with the aerodynamic elegance of modern aviation.
